  • Lay bys are available and payable over 3 months.
4What is the return policy?
  • Unused goods can be returned within 21 days as long as a customer supplies proof of purchase/ receipt. A full cash refund or exchange is allowed.

5What is the exchange policy?
  • As per the return policy, exchanges are allowed as long as a customer provides valid proof of purchase and exchange time does not exceed 21 days.

6Do you offer kidswear?
  • Kids clothing is available for purchase in selected stores and ranges from ages 2 to 13 years.
7Can one shop in bulk?
  • Bulk purchases are allowed, at management discretion.
8Do stores sell mobile devices or airtime?
  • Unfortunately not but due to our convenient locations, there are several surrounding stores that can accommodate this need.
9Can electricity be purchased in store?
  • Not at this stage.
10Can one pay utility bills in store?
